Is "Revenge Surgery" Healthy?

An interesting topic of discussion happened recently on The Dr. Oz Show surrounding the idea of plastic surgery after an unpleasant divorce. Referring to any type of procedure for this reason as "revenge surgery," Dr. Oz shared points with other plastic surgeons. He thinks women at this time are too vulnerable emotionally to get these procedures, while the other doctors suggested that plastic surgery at this time can boost the emotional spirits of a woman at her lowest. Everybody there, however, seemed to support some sort of psychological screening before a procedure, but were divided on the topic of discounts for divorcées.

Of course, plastic surgery for the sole purpose of getting back at an ex is always the wrong reason. The top plastic surgeons of We Know Beauty (and we'd hope everywhere) believe that cosmetic procedures should only be to improve a person's self-satisfaction. If plastic surgery can restore self-confidence to a woman and she is psychologically sound, then we see no reason why a woman shouldn't go for it!

Many times, especially after rearing children, a woman may want to restore some of her feminine shape through a breast augmentation and/or lift. One of the best plastic surgeons in breast enhancements, Louis Mandris, MD has performed a wide-range of these procedures. Dr. Louis Mandris has restored self-confidence, happiness, and aesthetic beauty to many of these women, with one stating "my breasts look beautiful and perfect" and another saying "my boobs are fantastic."
